202106290039 Don't stop on unknown references when reading

When tackling a new and difficult book, we shouldn’t stop to search for any unknown references, litteracy or foreign words. This will break the flow, and we’ll lose the forest for the tree. We’re better writing things down and come back (or not) to it later (see Zeigarnik effect).
